Without strong collective action, this will mean MORE money for militarization and neoliberal economic policies that will continue to displace people from their lands and communities.

Additionally, U.S. aid for repressive military and police forces in these countries continues to fuel the deadly persecution of human rights and environmental defenders who are organizing against destructive and exploitative projects. I also ask Representative __________ to request that security assistance be withheld from El Salvador Guatemala and Honduras in the upcoming budget.
